1. Data Sovereignty & Residency

All Personal Information and Client Data processed by the Platform is stored exclusively on servers located within the borders of Canada (AWS Canada-Central). We do not transfer, store, or process any Data in jurisdictions outside of Canada, ensuring your records remain outside the reach of the U.S. CLOUD Act and subject only to Canadian jurisdiction.

2. Designated Privacy Officer

In compliance with Quebec Law 25 and the CPPA, TrustMetric has appointed a Privacy Officer (Data Protection Officer). Users may contact our Privacy Officer regarding data access, corrections, or complaints at: privacy@trustmetric.ca.

3. Purpose & Data Minimization

We collect only the minimum data required to perform trust and estate calculations. We do not sell, rent, or "monetize" client data. Any "de‑identified" data used for platform improvements is stripped of all identifiers to a state where re‑identification is mathematically impossible.
